Sasqua Associates is a source of new structure design for residences of all sizes altho' by far the greatest number of neew projects are those up to about 4500 square feet which pay homage to the venacular architecture of New England.
   

ALTERATION, RESTORATION OR RENOVATION

 

The greatest percentage of Sasqua Associates commissions are for alterations and renovations, often involving dramatic changes to the original character of an existing structure. The house in this picture started out as a single story cape cod.

   

CARRIAGE AND POOL HOUSES

 

Accessory structures are great fun to design and build. We have built a number of Carriage Houses, Pool Houses and other "incidental" or Recreational buildings ranging from custom two car garrages to Carriage houses for eighteen cars with fireplaces and our own design of code compliant wood floors.
