Both the times allowed and the estimated weeks into the project are subject to change depending on the nature and number of revisions involved and any of a large number of other variables. What we have outlined below is not supposed to be a fixed pricing estimate but is rather an anticipated scenario for the project based on our initial conversation. Remember that this is at best an attempt to apply science to what is predominantly an artistic endeavor and that this is a major reason we choose to bill hourly and invoice monthly. If we end up "building" the wrong house on paper it will be reflected in the billing but as such is probably far less expensive than building the wrong house in reality.
I have also tried to factor our ongoing projects into the timetable as I currently perceive them. I have made my best effort to insert this project into that schedule. It is in all fairness a guess as to what is going to happen with the time demands of the others we are working with.
